Sewing lessons are available upon request for those interested in learning or improving their sewing skills. Whether you are a beginner or looking to enhance specific techniques, we tailor our lessons to your needs.

1. Consultation:
   We begin with a $20 consultation to discuss your design concept, budget, and timeline. This fee may be waived depending on the scope of the project.
   After understanding your vision, we provide a detailed quote based on complexity, materials, and time requirements. Basic costumes start at $150, with more intricate designs priced accordingly.
2. Deposit:
   A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or final pickup.
3. Production:
   Completion times vary based on complexity. Simple projects take approximately three days, while more elaborate pieces may require up to two weeks. Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee.
4. Final Fitting & Adjustments:
   We provide complimentary tailoring and adjustments to ensure a perfect fit.

We work with a broad range of materials including fabric, foam, and thermoplastics. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary fabrics and materials for their project. We strive to match specific colors and fabrics upon request, although availability may vary. While we do not replicate other designers' work, we can create unique designs inspired by references.

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us within one week of receipt to discuss potential solutions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. 

• Measurement Guidance: We provide detailed instructions to help you take accurate measurements, ensuring an optimal fit.
• Progress Updates: While in-person visits are not available, we offer progress photos upon request to keep you informed.
